Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your components meet your exacting standards.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in pristine condition
  • Including all original tags and labels
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clothing, Helmets & Shoes (including Competition Helmets)
  • Bolts & Spares that have been removed from original packaging
  • Brake Cables that have been cut or sized
  • Chain Connectors & Pins that have been installed
  • Any products showing signs of installation attempts or wear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the original receipt, and ship to:

Shipping Cost Policy

Standard Shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method at no additional charge (except for expedited shipping upgrades).

Special Cases

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and select remote areas as noted in our shipping policy):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
